At NIGHT TAPES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided via email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
